We’re looking for an Early Careers Assistant to join our HR Operations team supporting on all elements of the graduate recruitment and development cycle.
This high-volume assistant role will support the coordination and delivery of the end-to-end graduate recruitment process as well as coordinating recruitment campaigns from assessment to onboarding and supporting the trainee lifecycle. We are looking for an experienced recruitment or HR administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail driven and passionate about recruitment. Excellent communication skills are a must as dealing with people is at the core of this role.
