The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Mortgage Adviser to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys generating business, and wants the backing of a strong, trusted brand with incoming leads.

What You’ll Do
* Advise clients on a full range of mortgage & insurance products from across the market.
* Manage leads provided by the business while actively sourcing your own clients.
* Build long-term relationships with clients, guiding them through the mortgage journey and ensuring they have adequate insurance products for their needs.
* Maintain FCA compliance and deliver advice with integrity and professionalism.
* Contribute to the growth of Mc Daid Mortgages through networking and business development.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous mortgage advice experience preferred, but strong candidates at entry level will be considered.
* A self-starter with the drive to generate their own business alongside supplied leads.
* Excellent communication and people skills.
* Commitment to putting clients first and delivering outstanding service.
