An opportunity has arisen to join an unrivalled Social Housing provider in Cornwall on a permanent basis in a senior role within the Property Services department.
The position as the Property Services Manager is on a permanent basis, and specialises in Property Compliance and management of the staff within the department.
Responsibilities would primarily include:
* Managing the performance of various members of staff within the Property Services department, providing coaching and identifying development needs
* Focussing on Health and Safety compliance relating to the Property Services department (gas; electrical; asbestos etc)
* To ensure that contract and procurement arrangements are in line with company procedures
* Liaising with customers to assess opportunities for growth and development within the service area
The ideal person would possess/ have experience in:
* Level 5 in a construction related discipline
* Evidence of CPD
* Experience in managing and developing a team
* (Ideally) Senior management experience within a property maintenance sector
* Full driving license
