Materials Handler

£15.00 per hour (Umbrella)
The Opportunity Were looking for a Materials Handler to support a fast-paced logistics and manufacturing operation. Youll play a key role in ensuring materials and components are received, stored, and issued accurately and efficiently to support production.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, book in, and process goods within 4 hours using Sage 200
* Pick and issue components against work orders and production requirements
* Maintain accurate stock control using FIFO principles
* Ensure correct storage, traceability, and batch/serial control
* Carry out cycle counts and stock checks
* Support internal logistics, including moving goods between sites
* Maintain high standards of health & safety (including COSHH)
What Were Looking For
* Experience in stores, logistics, or materials handling
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience with ERP systems (Sage 200 desirable)
* Understanding of stock control (FIFO, batch/serial tracking)
* Proactive and reliable team player
