MacGregor Black are partnering with an FMCG business on the search for an Production Manager. This is a FTC role based in Derbyshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- People leadership.
- KPI management.
- Drive production and compliance standards.
- Lead all Continuous Improvement events within your areas of responsibility.

- A modern leader who has people and process at the forefront of their mind.
- Experience of various production methods.
- Experience of scaling production capacity.
Salary – circa 65k fixed term contract – 6/12 months.
