Support integration planning with ERP systems, including data migration and standardisation
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the bridge between business teams, project managers, technical teams and third-party vendors
Facilitate discussions, manage expectations and drive decision-making
Build strong relationships across functions and seniority levels
Identify bottlenecks and recommend pragmatic improvements
Testing, Implementation & Hyper-care
Support test planning, test case creation and execution
Lead defect tracking and remediation activities
Produce clear test reporting for stakeholders

Proven experience as a Business Analyst on procurement, purchasing, ERP, supply chain or finance system implementations
Strong understanding of system configuration, integrations and process design
Experience delivering BA artefacts across complex or multi-workstream programmes
Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and defect management
Experience across the full lifecycle: discovery → testing → hyper-care
Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in environments with ambiguity and evolving change maturity
Desirable
Experience within asset-heavy or operational industries
Understanding of procure-to-pay integrations and master data governance
Experience on large-scale transformation programmes
The Individual
You will be collaborative, resilient and calm under pressure. You take ownership, simplify complexity, and focus on ensuring solutions genuinely work for the business, not just on paper.
This is an opportunity to play a visible and influential role within a high-impact transformation programme.
