Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and consistent product data across website, Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces
* Ensure correct taxonomy, attributes, images, and compliance with platform requirements
* Coordinate and oversee outsourced product listing agents, providing briefs and quality checks
* Monitor marketplace rules and updates, ensuring listings remain compliant
* Set and enforce data standards, correcting errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies
* Report on product data quality, efficiency, and performance metrics
* Work with internal teams (buyers, marketing, IT) to support promotions and customer experience
* Track website and marketplace performance, suggesting improvements
* Assist in implementing e-commerce strategies and campaigns to drive sales and growth
Qualifications:
* A minimum of a secondary school certificate (GCSE or equivalent); additional certifications in data management are advantageous.
* Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
* Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
