* Taking pride in maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
* Replenishing guest supplies and amenities to ensure every room is fully prepared and welcoming.
* Responding to guest requests with warmth and efficiency, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* Reporting any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or hazards promptly, supporting a safe and smooth-running hotel.
* Helping with monitoring supplies and minimise waste across all housekeeping areas.
* Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless service and a memorable guest experience.
