Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Warehouse Picker to join our busy warehouse team in the UK. You will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders for dispatch, ensuring items are correctly labelled and ready for shipment. This role is essential in maintaining a smooth and efficient order fulfilment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack customer orders accurately using pick lists or handheld scanners.
Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring correct labelling and packaging.
Follow warehouse processes and Health & Safety standards at all times.
Check items for damage or discrepancies before packing.
Assist with incoming deliveries and stock replenishment.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
Meet daily productivity targets and work as part of a team to ensure timely dispatch.
Use warehouse systems or barcode scanners where required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse or order-picking role is preferred but not essential.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Physically fit – able to be on your feet and lift light to moderate loads throughout the shift.
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
Basic English reading and numeracy skills to follow instructions and read order sheets.
