Job Overview
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, skilled Occupational Therapist to work with us in utilising a person‑centred approach to aid, coach and support positive outcomes for the diverse population of Cheltenham. You will have opportunities to gain experience working in urgent response work, falls response as well as the management of long‑term conditions and housing adaptations.
As a Registered Occupational Therapist, you will care for patients in their own individualised environment. You will work collaboratively with the wider MDT within our service and our Integrated Care System (ICS) partners to provide the high standard of care our patients deserve.
Responsibilities
* Provide individualised care for patients in their own environment.
* Manage urgent response work and falls response.
* Oversee long‑term condition management and housing adaptations.
* Collaborate with the MDT and Integrated Care System partners.

Qualifications and Requirements
Current HCPC registration is required. Post‑registration experience is helpful but not essential. The Trust offers an excellent preceptorship programme for newly qualified Occupational Therapists. All statutory and mandatory training must be completed, and physical intervention fitness will be assessed by Occupational Health.
