An exciting opportunity has arisen at Causeway Dental for a full time GDC registered dental nurse. We provide both NHS and private dental treatments including Composite bonding, Invisalign and Implant Dentistry as well as full mouth makeovers.
We are seeking a an additional nursing team member, someone with a positive outlook and strong organizational skills who has knowledge of Exact and worked in both NHS and private dental setting. New staff are mentored by the team making for an easier transition and less daunting experience for you. We are a forward thinking practice always looking to see what we can improve on and offering the latest available treatments to our patients. We are looking for someone who shows enthusiasm and with excellent interpersonal skills, so if you feel that you are that person then we would love to hear from you. This is a full time position Monday - Friday. Responsibilities and Duties:
The main duties will include chairside assistance for dentists and hygienists along with decontamination duties as well as ensuring that cross infection control measures in all areas of the practice are adhered to. Excellent knowledge and understanding of all aspects of health and safety in dental practice as well as implementing this on a daily basis. Knowledge of Exact would be helpful.
Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a Nurse who is already qualified and has minimum 2 years surgery experience preferably with additional post qualification training in sedation/radiography. You must be able to work on your own initiative but also able to work as part of the team here at Causeway. We are looking for someone who is both confident and compassionate in their role as a Dental Nurse and patient focused. Is SOE exact proficient and worked in both NHS and Private setting (preferable).
