Maintenance Engineer (Apartment Servicing) - London - Up to £35-45,000 Plus Travel Card
I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading maintenance company in London, working across a portfolio of buildings on behalf of a large property management company. You will carry out PPMs, reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks within a portfolio of high-end residential properties in Zones 1 & 2.
My client is looking for a Maintenance Engineer with experience in high-end residential building services to work on a portfolio of high-profile buildings, carrying out maintenance on luxury high-end residential apartments.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 05:00 pm
Requirements:
* Apprentice Trained
* Electrical or Mechanical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or equivalent
* Client-facing experience
* High-end residential experience
* Commercial building maintenance experience
* Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and delivering services within given time constraints
* Good attitude and willingness to learn
Package:
* Basic salary up to £35-45,000

Duties:
* Electrical and mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenance
* General building services tasks
* Emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, NVHR, HVAC plant, water treatment
* Knowledge of BMS, chillers, cooling plants, HIUs
* Working as part of a small maintenance team to deliver excellent service
* Escorting subcontractors, issuing permits/RAMS
