Care and Support – Floryn House Care Home. Contract: Full Time, Part-Time, Bank. Salary: £13.00 per hour. Shift Type: Days & Nights available. Contracted hours: 36-48 hrs per week & bank.
Located in the beautiful village of Yarnton, Oxfordshire, our purpose‑built care home offers the highest standards of Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for up to 73 residents. With state‑of‑the‑art facilities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, our home is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, dignity and peace of mind for those who live here. What We Offer

Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital part in helping residents enjoy each day with comfort, independence and dignity. You will support them with personal care and daily routines, follow individual care plans, and be a reassuring presence throughout the day. Whether you are offering companionship, helping with meals, or encouraging residents to take part in social activities, your care will help create a warm and fulfilling environment where people feel respected and at ease.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with a caring nature, strong communication skills and a team‑focused approach. A Health and Social Care qualification at NVQ Level 2 is preferred, along with at least six months of experience in a similar role; however, we welcome applications from those with the right attitude and transferable skills.
