We Are Looking For
The Quality Support Administrator is responsible for performing all quality related tasks specified by the Director, Quality and the Quality Coordinator. This position is a full-time post.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
* Support internal audits in accordance with the internal audit plan as set out by the Director, Quality
* Assist with audit preparation and administrative tasks in support of completed audits
* Participation in 3rd party audits when applicable, assist with NCR's raised
* Assist with aftersales customer issues and enquiries regarding product compliance and quality escapes
* Champion Fresh Service and respond to issued tickets in a timely manner
* Support monthly review of internal measures to identify and repeat quality escapes
* Assist with or initiate internal CAR's where repeat escapes require a full RCCA
* Completion of customer supplier evaluation questionnaires in a timely manner
* Administrative support for any official customer complaints
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
* Support the Quality Coordinator to ensure IQS is accurate and there are no lapses in the calibration or inspection of any equipment (all sites)
* Assist the monitoring of the environmental control requirements (all sites)
* Participation of the monthly review of temperature and humidity (all sites), retain monthly downloads
* Ensure weekly walk around inspections are performed to maintain preservation of product and general housekeeping expectations. Retain for auditing purposes (The Hangar)
* Support monthly FDO/ 6s audits and the retention of completed audits (The Hangar)
* Administrative support for recording KPI metrics and ensure results are displayed and updated monthly
* Monthly issuance of Cycle Counts to each PDQ warehouse
* Monthly review and reissue for recount and reconciliation
* Results to be reported to Director Quality
* In conjunction with the head of Warehouse Operations, review of site-specific folders for the retention of monthly issued SLE reports and ensure all are actioned
* Monitoring of Quarantines to ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner, oversee the release of non-conforming products from Quarantine when required
* Monitor and maintain training needs for PDQ globally in conjunction with the Director, Quality to ensure all assigned training is performed and completed by the due date
* Communicate to all staff any update to quality documentation, e.g. up revised, or up issued. This must be reflected by reassignment of training within CSOD
* In conjunction with Director, Quality and Quality Coordinator maintain the integrity of the QMS ensuring process & all quality documentation is compliant
What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):
* Experience in a quality-related role preferred but not essential as full training will be issued
* Aerospace Industry experience preferred but not essential as full training will be issued
* Minimum 2 years of administration experience
* GCSEs or equivalent and above
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Excel and other data reporting tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external parties
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to prioritize work effectively
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
