Position: Coordinator
Location: Ilkeston
Salary: £28k
Mayfield Recruitment are looking for an experienced Coordinator to join a Construction company on a permanent basis starting ASAP.
Duties for the Coordinator will include:
•Handling incoming and outgoing calls and responding to vast emails from clients and their tenants
•Making outbound calls to schedule works, ensuring engineers diaries are fully utilised
•Liaising with engineers to resolve queries and provide job updates
•Coordinating with suppliers via telephone and email
•Updating and managing jobs across various online portals ( use to CRM systems)
•Providing general office and administrative support as required
Skills and experience required from the Coordinator:
•Some with experience with SOR’S, (advantageous but not essential)
•Previous experience within the social housing sector (advantageous but not essential)
•Proven call centre or high-volume telephone-based experience
•Confident and professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment (Must)
•Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure
•Experience of working to deadlines
•Strong IT skills with the ability to multitask across multiple systems
