Salary: From £40,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications
Hampstead Hill School is a thriving independent Nursery and Prep school in North London. We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Early Years practitioner to lead our well-established Early Years department as Head of Early Years.
The successful candidate will:
- Have strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework
- Demonstrate proven leadership experience in an Early Years setting
- Be familiar with ISI inspection frameworks and expectations
- Communicate clearly with staff and parents
- Be committed to promoting curiosity, kindness and respect in school life
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
- Proven experience delivering high-quality Early Years teaching
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
- Confidence in leading a team and driving improvement
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Working hours:
• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Shift pattern: 7:45am - 4:30pm and 8:45am - 5:30pm (on alternate days)
