This established and highly reputable professional services firm are looking for a strong Financial Controller to manage the financial operations of the company and to provide the board and the departments on-going support and advice to help drive business decisions. In addition to your strong technical skills, you will also be an excellent people manager and mentor to a proven team.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Financial Controller
Provide business with financial forecasts, insights and recommendations
Producing a range of reports weekly, monthly aswell ss quarterly management reporting with commentary
Build financial forecasts to help with business decision making
Liaise with 3rd party Accountants on a regular basis – working in partnership
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent Financial reporting & budgeting knowledge and experience
Strong analytical and commercial skills to aid decision making and insight
Ability to coach and mentor the team to support career development
communication skills as you will be working with senior stakeholders daily
Ideally you will have previous experience gained from within a Professional Services firm.
