Job Description And Main Responsibilities Manage the UK based newsprint, KLB and CCM customer accounts Process newsprint, KLB and CCM orders on the Tieto system Coordination of the production trim patterns for customer orders on the PM7 newsprint machine Ensure that optimum planning efficiency is achieved and customer delivery expectations are maintained Co-ordinate PM7 optimisation based upon the mix of customer orders received and machine requirements, incorporating lead time and capacity management controls Manage stockholding levels for Lynn PM7 customers, across a range of multiple product grades Manage stockholding levels in external warehouses for CCM and KLB Manage CCM customer stocks and co-ordinate the shipping requirements to maintain adequate stock coverage Ensure that customer orders are made within specified time criteria, meet with contractual commitments and manage customer demands Communicate with UK newsprint, KLB and CCM customers directly via email and telephone Manage customer complaints regarding deliveries, manufacturing, stock holding levels and invoicing.
