About The Role: A new Forecasting & Replenishment system is being rolled out across our store estate and will revolutionise the way we forecast and replenish retail stock to improve accuracy and on shelf availability. This programme, along with our MyStock and other initiatives and projects in Retail Operations, aligns to our mission of simpler for stores, better for customers and more valuable for Boots. This role is pivotal to ensuring our Central Operations mission is always at the forefront of everything we do. Working closely with the Retail Operations Manager within Central Operations, you will lead rollouts and projects to all stores through thorough and robust engagement plans to delivery. You will work with stakeholders from across the business including Directors of Stores, Area Managers and Store Managers throughout to support seamless implementation as well as capturing feedback and insights ongoing. A key part of the role is driving operational consistency through a robust operations platform. Key responsibilities: Work cross functionally to develop, drive, review and adapt the communication and engagement plans Work collaboratively with both central and field teams to manage updates and feedback insights into project teams Continually monitor progress, identify risks and adapt the plan where needed Lead alongside and have a strong relationship with the Retail Operations Manager, to drive On Shelf Availability, improve Stockfile Accuracy and increase Customer perception of stock availability in our stores What You'll Need to Have: Exemplary written and verbal communication and engagement skills Advanced Microsoft applications skills, particularly with PowerPoint The ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with multiple teams Excellent stakeholder management including the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels Experience as a Store Manager and roles within the Support Office / Field Team A collaborative leadership approach Resilience to give and accept challenge The ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines in a fast-paced environment Our benefits Boots Retirement Savings Plan Discretionary annual bonus Generous employee discounts Enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave pay and gift card for anyone expecting or adopting a child Flexible benefits scheme including option to buy additional holiday, discounted gym membership, life assurance, activity passes and much more.
