Due to massive demand, we need some more nurturing and proactive team members to join one of our Nurseries in Newcastle. You must be a great communicator with a passion for working with children and the ability to create interesting and thought provoking play spaces for children to learn and grow.The role is full time working 37.5 hours across 5 days on a rota, the position is permanent and you would be entitled to all of the benefits from the first day! Part time positions do become available all of the time so if you are free part time please get in touch too.You must have:
- Experience in caring for and supervising young children
- Managing daily activities and routines within a nursery setting
- Be able to provide high-quality childcare, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children
- An engaging and interesting persona to help the children on their educational journey
- A friendly but professional disposition with parents and colleagues
- Excellent safeguarding practices to protect the welfare of children
- Leadership skills in guiding nursery assistantsQualifications:
- Qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff members
