We’re looking for a high performing individual to help shape delivery of outcomes across the West Midlands. As our Environment Planning and Engagement (EPE) Manager you will lead our Executive Coordination Management team and deliver a high‑quality Communication and Engagement service for the West Midlands Area and our customers. You will be focussed on the day‑to‑day running of our business, ensuring we make the best use of our resources; understand how we’re delivering our priorities and demonstrate efficiency.
This role is fundamental to our whole Area Leadership Team, helping to drive integrations across our remit and our West Midlands culture. Your work will be conducted in a high‑freedom environment that supports development, health, safety and wellbeing.

As responding to incidents is a central part of what we do, you will be required to have an incident role and be available to respond to incidents or provide business continuity support during an incident. Additional payment may apply and full training is provided.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Executive Coordination Management team and oversee the delivery of the EPE service.
* Serve as an active and visible member of the Area Leadership Team inside and outside the organisation.
* Run day‑to‑day business ensuring the best use of resources.
* Support and develop staff to create an inclusive environment.
* Respond to incidents and provide business continuity support.
* Collaborate with all ALT across the wide range of issues within our remit and take responsibility for your particular remit.
