We need people who are / have Experienced: You have a solid background in a similar role, specifically dealing with anti-social behaviour (ASB), as well as tenancy and neighbourhood issues. You are also skilled at handling challenging situations, complex lifestyles, and engaging with the public. Knowledgeable: You have a good understanding of social housing, housing legislation, GDPR, and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion principles. Tech Savvy: You are proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office 365 and are able to pick up and learn new systems quickly. Qualified: You hold a valid driving license and ideally have a housing qualification (such as CIH) or are willing to work towards one. Due to the nature of the role you must have a flexible approach to working hours and hold a valid driving license due to the travel involved in the role. Everyones welcome here.
