This role will be within our Metering team, where you'll join the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector, offering efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity, and water meters.
What will you be doing?
As an engineer, you will be part of our Metering team that provides services such as smart installations, investigating non-communicating smart meters, and emergency and maintenance appointments on behalf of clients like EON, OVO, EDF, and others. Do you enjoy working independently, engaging with customers, and meeting new people?
Customer service is our top priority. You'll ensure all jobs are completed on time, and customers are given in-depth explanations of their new meters' benefits and safe usage. You will also respond to emergencies, restoring power or gas when needed. Do you like helping people and making a difference?

What You'll Bring
* A valid UK driving license.
* You must have held your license for at least 1 year and have fewer than 6 points.
* Qualifications such as CCN1 / CMA1 / CMA3, or an NVQ Level 2 in Smart Metering Dual Fuel. Experience installing gas and electric smart meters is preferred.
* Previous MOCOPA experience is advantageous.
Qualifications like REGT1, 3 phase, CT are a plus but not required.
