Responsibilities
* Deliver developmental support and programmes for care support workers within the Trust.
* Coordinate and deliver the Care Certificate induction, ensuring delivery of theory and clinical skills based on evidence‑based practice.
* Work collaboratively with other clinical training leads to formulate programmes that develop healthcare support workers for nursing, midwifery and allied health professionals.
* Regularly work clinically with CSWs, enabling their support and maintenance of clinical skills.
