£45k-£50k Basic Salary + Company Van + Pension + Benefits

Alecto Recruitment Ltd currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Gas / Heating Engineer to join a leading and well-established client of ours and who have over 20 years' experience within the Mechanical, Electrical and Building Services sector.
Working as a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer, your role will involve covering the Herfordshire region, areas such as Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City, Stevenage, Luton, Biggleswade etc.), therefore you will need to live local to one of these areas and to be considered.
Job Summary:
You'll be responsible for service, repair and maintenance work on a range of commercial heating and commercial boiler systems, gas boilers etc.
Responsible for PPM tasks, fault-finding.
Working on all different types of boilers, air heaters, burners, cabinet heaters and radiant tubes.
Typical clients and contracts include Hotels, Offices, Warehouses, Care Homes, Factories, Leisure Centres and Cinemas
Form part of a call out rota which is 1 week in 5 (additional standby payment when on call, plus overtime rates).
Key Skills & Experience Required:
You'll need to have previous experience working as a Commercial Gas Engineer.
Hold current commercial gas certificates such as; COCN1 Or CODNCO1 Changeover, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, TPCP1a etc.
Experience with all sorts of pipe work such as, copper, steel, plastic and pressfit.
Hold UK driving licence.
Package Includes:
Basic Salary of £45k-£50k (subject to experience)
Callout Rota of 1 in 5 - additional standby rates

Hours 8am till 4pm
28 Days Holiday, including Bank Holidays
