Summary As a Senior Team Leader you will lead a team and be responsible for the safe running of the Manufacturing Facility ensuring efficient production is maintained to the highest quality. You will be responsible for understanding the production plan requirements and ensuring adherence to it taking ownership of any issues and seeking an agile response and remedy. You will own the performance measures of your shift and wider team. You will drive high team performance, embracing all aspects of the culture and functional requirements, making continuous improvements and elevating us to the next level. Key Responsibilities Health, Safety & Environment • You’ll provide strong leadership of Health, Safety and Environmental issues by setting the high standards that will drive a continued improvement in performance, with a clear target of causing zero harm, with safety at the heart of everything we do. People Training & Development • You will provide necessary training and development for the team, maintaining a training matrix, and ensuring personal training plans are in place for all of your team. Continuous Improvement • You will develop a culture of continuous improvement within the team through the encouragement of improvement suggestion, whilst ensuring that the team have received the appropriate CI training to enable them to identify opportunities. Strategy and Development • You will ensure that all products being manufactured meet quality standards, and line speeds are running at target. Completing all relevant paperwork and carrying out clear handovers and team meetings to enable the consistent management of production operations.
