An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Validation Engineer and Validation Co-Ordinator in Staffordshire.
You will be responsible for the validation and verification of new electrical and electronic systems to ensure delivery in line with product excellence.
Responsibilities of the Validation Engineer and Validation Co-Ordinator include:
1. Develop prototype solutions to validate proof of concept ideas.
2. Co-ordinate machine parts, software and setup, ensuring the latest design solutions are being robustly tested.
3. Ensure robust and reliable ECU communication protocols are followed in line with industry best practice.
4. Monitor the health and status of the system, via on board diagnostic protocols or over the air communications.
5. Support cause and effect analysis.
Skills and experience required for the Validation Engineer and Validation Co-Ordinator position:
* Qualified to HND/Degree level in an electronic/software-based technology discipline.
* Familiar with CAN bus protocols.
* Confident in use of software modelling tools & software.
* Sound knowledge of electronic and software development.
* Validation and verification co-ordination or engineering experience.
