As Creative Strategist, you’ll sit at the intersection of performance and storytelling, leading creative direction, shaping campaign angles, and turning insights into scroll-stopping ideas.
With a strong emphasis on professional development, you’ll work closely with a high-performing team and have real ownership over creative outcomes and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Translate performance data, customer insights, and market trends into creative strategies that drive results.
* Research competitor ads, customer reviews, and cultural shifts to spark new campaign ideas.
* Write clear, actionable briefs for designers and editors to bring your creative concepts to life.
* Lead the end-to-end creative testing process, continuously iterating based on performance.
* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure all creative output aligns with performance marketing goals.
Essential Experience:
* Minimum 2 years in creative strategy or performance advertising, either agency or brand-side.
* Proven experience creating ads for Meta platforms.
* A portfolio showcasing strong direct-response ad campaigns and creative strategy.
* Solid grasp of performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, and MER.
* Skilled in writing creative briefs and providing direction to designers, editors, or content creators.
Salary: £35,000 – £48,000
