Key Responsibilities include:
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN
* Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Support classroom activities, adapting materials and teaching methods to meet the needs of students with SEN
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and other staff to monitor and record student progress.
To be considered for this role you must have:
* Previous experience working with children with SEN
* Knowledge of various SEN conditions and appropriate interventions
* Team Teach training would be highly desirable
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
