Shifts: Monday to Sunday must be flexible to all shifts

About the Role:
As our Care Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operations of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, support, and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and supporting a dedicated team of care professionals
* Developing and implementing person-centred support plans
* Conducting care needs assessments and coordinating care packages
* Leading staff inductions, supervisions, appraisals, and training
* Managing staff rotas to ensure safe and effective service delivery
* Maintaining compliance through audits (quarterly, medication, reports)
* Attending multi-disciplinary team (MDT) meetings
* Overseeing and upholding CQC standards
* Participating in the on-call rota, providing out-of-hours support and decision-making
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone with both the right experience and the right values.
Essential:
* Previous experience as a Care Manager /Service Manager / Registered Manager
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
* Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs
* PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) certification
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Strong understanding of CQC regulations and person-centred care
* Proven ability to manage rotas and lead a team effectively
* Willingness to take part in the on-call rota
