Thames Hospice, an independent hospice based at Bray Lake, Maidenhead, has proudly served our community for over 36 years by providing specialist palliative and end-of-life care, along with vital support for patients’ families.
We are seeking a Distribution Centre Assistant Manager to join our Retail team. This role involves managing the daily operations of our warehouse, including receiving and processing donated stock and distributing to our retail shops. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a distribution centre or warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate will embrace our culture, lead and motivate the team with a positive attitude, and drive performance targets. Strong customer service skills, along with planning and organizing rotas around delivery schedules, are essential.
