Overview
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer EASA B1 – Working Party Manager (d/f/m) to join our team. In this key role you will oversee and guide complex aircraft repair projects from planning through to embodiment and release to service, acting in a certifying capacity and coordinating the on‑site Working Party Team. You will collaborate with customers to ensure timely, cost‑effective, and high‑quality delivery.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Airbus working party team at customer facilities worldwide, managing competencies and allocating work while carrying out inspections.
* Certify aircraft repair tasks and issue Certificates of Release to Service in accordance with EASA/FAR Part 145 and Airbus 145 procedures.
* Serve as the focal point for the customer on‑site, building trust and ensuring clear communication.
* Support development of special working party tools and Service Bulletins, and advise airlines and MROs on troubleshooting and repair embodiment.
Required Licences & Certifications
* EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Licence – Category B1 (B2 or C an added advantage).
* Minimum of two current Airbus Type Ratings as Category B1.
Qualifications
* Completed a technical apprenticeship in the aviation sector with appropriate further training/education.
* Several years of certifying experience in a supervisory role, with extensive overseas experience and proven ability to lead diverse, international teams.
* Strong knowledge of structural aircraft repair and maintenance.
* Experience with SAP, Workday, AirNavX and Google Workspace is a plus.
Language Skills
* English at a negotiation level.
* Other languages are a plus.

* Effective communication, motivation, and inspirational leadership in an international environment.
* Decisive decision‑making, ownership, and composure under stress.
* Strong customer focus and safety priority.
Travel Requirements
This position requires extensive worldwide business travel throughout the year.
