🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:
Using your experience gained in Engineering or Manufacturing you'll be leading growth, profitability, and performance optimisation across key products in our global portfolio. You’ll simplify complex concepts, define product vision, and collaborate across engineering, technical sales, and marketing to deliver solutions that meet real customer needs. Unfortunately this role will not suit someone with a background in Tech / IT / SaaS.
1. Develop deep knowledge of product applications, user needs, and global standards.
2. Define market-driven product requirements and build strong business cases for new product development (NPD).
