Flexible hybrid working (remote after probation) Permanent, full-time role (37 hours/week) Supportive, family-orientated company culture Comprehensive training provided Clear career progression opportunities Key Responsibilities Speaking with clients and their lenders over the telephone Gathering info such as clients' income and expenditure, payslips, bank statements etc and processing these accordingly Assessing Debtors for available options Entering data collected/ information into our in-house database system Updating software system / DMS with all case-related information and tasks Creating reports, and letters from our database and attach to email Drafting letters (templates are provided) Keeping a record of payments in and out to and from clients and creditors Keeping creditors up to date on payments made in by clients Opening and closing of bank accounts Comparing database to reports daily to ensure records are correct Use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
