Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled NHS Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental care, with a passion for providing exceptional patient experiences. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality dental services while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and treat dental issues, including caries, periodontal disease, and other oral conditions.
* Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canal treatments, crowns, bridges, and dentures.
* Provide preventive care and oral hygiene advice to patients.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, complying with NHS standards and data protection laws.
* Work within UDA (Units of Dental Activity) targets as agreed with the NHS and the practice.
* Manage dental emergencies in accordance with practice policies.
* Refer patients to secondary or specialist care when necessary.
* Adhere to infection control procedures and health and safety regulations.
* Keep up to date with CPD requirements and ensure compliance with GDC (General Dental Council) regulations.
* Participate in team meetings, audits, and quality improvement activities.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Dentistry or equivalent qualification recognised by the General Dental Council (GDC).
* Performer number and eligibility to work in the NHS
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
* A commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical practice and patient care.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £4,000.00-£20,000.00 per month
