My client is a leading global name in the health & wellness space.
We are looking for a Senior Manager / Content Designer who will lead the creative vision and execution of marketing and product design initiatives across digital and print channels. You’ll drive concept development, ensure brand consistency and lead a team of designers to deliver compelling, on-brand content that supports the brand content strategy and business objectives.
We’re looking for someone who is a strong communicator, who can lead an inspire a team of designers; manage stake-holder expectations and agency relationships.
Hybrid – NW London/ Middlesex (you must be able to drive)
The Role
* Lead and inspire a team of content designers with video production, motion graphics and design of marketing assets for our website, social channels and print requirements.
* Work day-to-day in video production, animation and motion graphics, providing media solutions that engage our distributors and customers.
* Lead the team on the ideation process and art direction to create innovative concepts.
* Manage brand-style consistency across all channels, including colour schemes, logos, typography, tone of voice and design elements to strengthen brand identity.
* Work closely with the Content Producer to manage the quality and timely delivery of multiple design campaigns and individual assets, and budgets.
* Work closely with our Social Media Manager and Copywriter to align on campaigns.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, including Product Innovation, Events, Customer success, Training & Education - to develop concepts and improve the creative output for future projects.
* Ensure accuracy, consistency and brand compliance are met on all design projects.
The Person
* Ideally at least 4-5 year in a similar Content Design role – Open to industry - FMCG/Health/Wellness/Nutrition experience is beneficial.
* Experience in setting up and working studio-based filming.
* Proven people leadership and project management skills.
* Background in cultural and language nuances is beneficial.
* Packaging design experience is beneficial but not essential.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
