Proposals Coordinator
At Fawkes & Reece we are assisting a Tier 2 Contractor with their search for a Proposals Coordinator to join their pre-construction and work winning team. Assisting with the formatting and organisation of bids, proposals and tenders.
About the role of Proposals Coordinator
As Proposals Coordinator you will support this Tier 2 contractor with their bids, tenders and proposals submissions on projects up to 30M across the education, leisure & health care sector across the southwest.
Responsibilities for Proposals Coordinator
* Manage and maintain client bidding portals collating and uploading relevant information as required
* Provide design specifications and collate and coordinate branding in line with the business branding and specifications
* Ability to capture, collate and present relevant information throughout submission and case studies
Requirements for Proposals Coordinator
* Previous experience working in a similar role with examples of previous proposals and bid submissions
* Knowledge of using procurement portals, InDesign, SharePoint & MS Packages
* Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct in-depth research whilst working to tight deadlines
