Do you have experience working as a Support Worker specifically with children and young people under 18?
We have a fantastic opportunity in Deal for a Support Worker who has experience working with children and young people in the public care system to work for one of our clients based in Deal.
In this role, you will be working on a rota shift pattern over a 40-hour week, this includes sleep-ins so you must be flexible. Sleep-ins will be 8 hours and paid at an hourly rate of £9.50 totalling £76 per sleep.
Responsibilities
1. Be a part of a team offering a comprehensive residential service to children and young people
2. Act as a key worker to specific children and young people
3. Promote structure, boundaries, and domestic routines within the home
4. Working in line with children and young people’s care and placement plans
5. Promoting positive outcomes for children and young people in areas of staying safe, being healthy, enjoying and achieving, making a positive contribution and achieving economic wellbeing
