We are expanding our customer service team and are seeking individuals who are passionate about driving excellence. Join us as a Customer Service Advisor, where you will receive a structured training plan and ongoing support.
Job description
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
* Deal with inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
* Assist customers with varied queries and aim to resolve with a 1st fix solution
* Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly
* Ensure customer satisfaction through positive, professional interactions
* Liaise with engineers where necessary
* Stay up to date with product knowledge, regulations and company policies
