Overview
The Security Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the monitoring of security compliance and performance in all areas of the hospital to ensure full compliance with security requirements, working alongside security liaison staff and security managers to support managers in all hospital services to achieve the necessary security standards.
Responsibilities
* Operational delivery of security training, including day to day management of a dedicated security trainer.
* Contribution towards internal/external national security audits as a key element of the role.
* Monitor hospital compliance with security requirements as detailed within the Safety & Security Directions for High Security Psychiatric Services 2019, the High Security Services Clinical Security Framework and Trust Policies and Procedures.
