About the Court of Protection Team:
The team provides tailored legal advice and support for individuals with diminished mental capacity, often following traumatic brain injuries. They focus on an empathetic, client-centric approach, guiding on deputyship applications, statutory wills, and property & affairs management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
As an Associate Solicitor, you will work with a multi-disciplinary team to secure the best outcomes for clients regarding their private property and financial affairs. You will support experienced lawyers on complex deputyship cases and manage your own caseload. The role offers valuable experience and confidence-building opportunities, with extensive mentoring and support to help you develop as a trusted expert in this area of law.
