Our client, a successful and growing SME, are looking for an experienced customer service candidate to join their friendly office in Welwyn Garden City. Working alongside a team of two, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality customer service to clients across a variety of sectors, scheduling engineers for installations and maintenance jobs, and keeping all records up to date. This role is fully office-based.
