Overview
We\'re looking for a Care Coordinator to join our brilliant team in Epsom. This crucial role ensures our clients receive exceptional care. The role involves organising schedules based on clients\' requested call times and care professional availability, as well as maintaining effective communication with staff, clients, families, and professionals. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within our expanding business, which is committed to providing superior home based care throughout Surrey. This role is currently also a service based role, and you would be expected to cover care calls as required.
Responsibilities
* Producing weekly rotas and care scheduling to ensure adequate provision of care
* Undertake regular care visits including being available evenings and weekends when needed
* Daily troubleshooting and problem solving
* Managing staff absence, allocating calls, and cancelling care calls when necessary
* Assisting in the training and induction of new team members

* Highly organised and efficient coordinator with a people focused approach
* Strong communication with all types of people and ability to remain positive
* IT confident enabling effective scheduling, team contact and work planning
* Highly reliable and able to foster a strong team ethos and keep morale high

Benefits and remuneration
* 37.5 to 40 hours per week
* £24-26k per annum salary
