Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, person-centred care to young people, supporting their emotional and behavioural needs. Guide and mentor support workers, setting a positive example to uphold high care standards. Foster a safe, loving home environment that promotes recovery, growth, and confidence. Build meaningful, trusting relationships with young people to support their development. Work closely with the Registered Manager to deliver tailored, therapeutic care. Contribute to a supportive team culture, ensuring every child feels valued and empowered. About You Essential: At least 12 months' experience in the care sector, within a children's residential setting. A caring, adaptable, and resilient nature with a passion for helping young people thrive. Full UK Driving Licence. Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards). Experience in a senior or mentoring role in a care setting.
