About the Role
As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients, providing expert advice and tailored insurance solutions. You will play a key role in driving business growth, negotiating competitive terms, and ensuring clients receive the best coverage for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and insurers.
* Identify opportunities to expand business and enhance client portfolios.
* Negotiate policy terms, pricing, and coverage to ensure competitive and profitable placements.
* Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and new business submissions.
* Provide expert advice on risk management and insurance solutions.
* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
* Utilize industry platforms to manage documentation and client files efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in commercial insurance broking or account management.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Cert CII qualification or working towards it (study support available).
* Experience handling mid-market to corporate risks.
* Proficiency in Acturis and MS Office.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
