An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our rotational band 6 Physiotherapy team. You will be expected to provide a high standard physiotherapy service undertaking all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner for 12 months.
Key responsibilities include:
* Perform advanced physiotherapeutic assessment of patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions.
* Use advanced clinical reasoning skills to provide a diagnosis and develop and deliver an individualised treatment programme.
* Manage own caseload and a defined area of the service, working without direct supervision.
* Supervise, educate and assess physiotherapy students, assistants and staff grade physiotherapists and provide specialised advice to other health care professionals in the specific clinical area.
* Undertake evidence-based audit and research projects to further own and teams clinical practice.
We offer regular supervision and support, as well as a robust program of in-service training to assist your development into a band 6 role. On-call participation is expected as part of this role.
