What you will do
* Provide emergency social work services during evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays as part of the Emergency Duty Team.
* Conduct thorough risk assessments and manage crisis interventions to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals.
* Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to respond efficiently to emergency situations, ensuring all interventions align with best practice and statutory requirements.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interventions and decisions made during your shift.
