Peopleforce Recruitment are supporting one of their long-standing partners in search for a customer support agent for a hospital to home service. The role is to support the patients feeding once they have left the hospital and returned home. You will be working with a nursing service who oversee the aspects of patient feeding. You will be on the front-line role and delivering the highest levels of service to patients. This role is for someone who enjoys working as part of a friendly team and wants to make a difference to people's lives. The team works in an open plan office within a modern building. There is a 3-month training program overseen by the team trainer, so you will be completely supported beginning your journey. Pay rate Monday - Friday: between 08:00 - 20:00. Most shifts are 08:00-16:30 and 09:00-17:30.
