Key responsibilities include: Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and condition monitoring Electrical and mechanical fault‑finding on production equipment PLC fault diagnosis (Siemens & Allen Bradley) Supporting planned upgrades, installations, and improvement projects Diagnosing and resolving technical issues raised by production operatives Working safely and supporting site Health & Safety standards Maintaining uptime across automated and semi‑automated processes Equipment & Processes You'll Work On Conveyors, elevators, baggers and banders Fanuc robots Curing ovens and environmental systems Plastic injection moulding and strip moulding equipment Aluminium extrusion systems Silos and bulk handling systems The manufacturing process involves high‑volume production with integrated moulding, cutting, curing, spraying and automated racking systems.
