In this part-time role (30–35 hours per week), you’ll lead marketing communications for FSi in the UK, owning multi-channel campaigns, driving demand generation and ensuring our internal teams and external customers receive clear, timely and impactful messages about our products, testing and innovations.
What you’ll do:
1. Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns to engage customers and support business growth across FSi.
2. Keep internal teams informed with timely updates on products, testing and company news.
3. Drive our shift to digital-first marketing, using data to improve lead generation and campaign performance.
4. Manage day-to-day marketing activity, including agencies, events, social media and sales collateral.
5. Support new product launches and help maintain the profile of existing products.
6. Line manage a Marketing Coordinator, supporting their performance and development.
7. Uphold quality standards across all marketing activity, contributing to continuous improvement.
8. Carry out any other reasonable tasks within the scope of the role.
What you’ll bring:
9. Degree or qualification in Business or Marketing.
10. Experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related role within construction industry.
11. Competence using Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative software.
12. Ability to understand technical business aspects.
13. Experience managing social media channels, paid media campaigns and basic understanding of Google Ads.
14. Excellent communication, influencing skills, manage multiple deadlines and projects.
Nice to Have:
15. People management experience.
16. UK driving licence.
17. Experience with Google Analytics, Excel, HubSpot or Salesforce.
18. Content Management System (CMS) platforms for website updates.
19. Member of a professional marketing body (e.g., Chartered Institute of Marketing).
